Hadley Wallace Obituary Alexandria, SD: South Dakota DWU Football freshman killed in tragic road crash

According to reports, Hadley Wallace, a freshman on the DWU Football roster, passed away in a horrific accident. On Friday, June 14th, 2024, the DWU football program revealed that Wallace had passed away in a traffic crash.

Beyond that announcement, very little information was provided. Today, the DWU family is in grief. “Prayers to the family of Hadley Wallace,” the DWU Tailgating crew posted on Facebook.

Furthermore stated by Shannon Roost Foust, “This news is absolutely heartbreaking.” I’m sending out many prayers!

In Alexandria, South Dakota, Ralph and Stephanie Wallace gave birth to Hadley.

He played football for Hanson High School, where he was a valuable asset to the team and was named All-Conference each of his three seasons.

At the end of his high school career, Hadley totaled 3,373 yards, 41 touchdowns, 158 tackles, and two interceptions.

He participated in track, basketball, baseball, and football in addition to football.

Wallace, who is 5’10” and weighs 188 pounds, enrolled at Dakota Wesleyan University to study exercise science and play running back for the DWU football team.
